The Special Purpose Acquisition Company (Spac) VT5, which is listed on the Swiss stock exchange SIX, is apparently getting closer and closer to its purpose. It is now considering a merger with the Basel-based R&S Group.
VT5 has entered into exclusive negotiations with the R&S Group in this regard, according to a press release issued on Monday. The R&S Group, based in Sissach, is a “leading provider of electrical infrastructure components in Switzerland and on international markets”.
